Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) fan forced or convection for even cooking and crispy results.
  2. Prepare baking tray: Line a baking tray with baking paper to prevent sticking and facilitate easy cleanup.
  3. Mix seasonings: In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, flour, salt, and black pepper. Place brown sugar in a separate bowl.
  4. Season and wrap chicken: Coat each chicken piece in the seasoning mix, shaking off any excess. Lay a piece of bacon down, place the seasoned chicken on one end, and roll the bacon tightly around the chicken, finishing with the seam side down. Repeat for all pieces.
