Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 banana, 1/3 cup 100% pumpkin purée, 1/4 cup coffee, 2 tablespoons protein powder, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 2 packets of stevia, and 1 handful of ice into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend Smooth: Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, ensuring all spices and powders are fully incorporated.
