  • Author: Ethan
  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders 1x

Description

These delicious Turkey Club Sliders feature layers of sliced turkey, crispy bacon, Colby Jack cheese, and fresh veggies tucked inside soft Hawaiian rolls. Brushed with a savory garlic parmesan butter glaze and baked to melty perfection, they make a perfect party appetizer or easy meal.

Ingredients

Scale

Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey
  • 4 ounces bacon (46 slices, cooked crispy)
  • 6 slices Colby Jack cheese (about 6 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded curly lettuce
  • 3 Roma tomatoes (cut into 12 slices)
  • ¼ red onion (sliced)

Garlic Parmesan Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven. Set your oven to 350˚F (175˚C) to warm up while you prep the sliders.
  2. Prepare Glaze. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and parmesan cheese to create a flavorful glaze.
  3. Slice Rolls. Carefully cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the bottoms and tops separate. Place the bottoms in a large baking dish.
  4. Layer Ingredients. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the bottoms of the rolls. Next, layer slices of Colby Jack cheese, followed by sliced turkey and crispy bacon on top of the cheese.
  5. Add the Tops and Glaze. Place the tops back onto the layered bottoms and brush the entire top surface generously with the garlic parmesan glaze you prepared.
  6. Bake Covered. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese has melted nicely.
  7. Finish and Serve. Remove the foil and take the sliders out of the oven. Carefully lift the tops off and layer each slider with tomato slices, red onion slices, and shredded lettuce. Replace the tops and serve immediately for best taste.

Notes

  • For crispier bacon, cook it a few minutes longer until it reaches your desired texture.
  • Use fresh, soft Hawaiian rolls for the best flavor and texture.
  • These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Feel free to swap out Colby Jack cheese for cheddar or Swiss for a different flavor profile.
  • To save time, purchase pre-cooked bacon or cook bacon in advance and store until ready to use.
