- 100g turkey slices

Instructions
- Prepare Avocado: Halve and remove the stone from the avocado. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Add the juice of half a lime, season with salt and pepper, then mash roughly with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
- Toast Bread: Toast 2 to 3 small slices of ciabatta bread until golden and crisp.
- Assemble Toasts: Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted ciabatta slices. Layer the turkey slices on top of the avocado spread.
- Serve: Finish with a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately while the toast is still crisp.
