Cheese Mixture

- 100g mozzarella, grated
- 100g mature cheddar, grated

Potatoes & Serving
- 4 hot jacket potatoes
- Dollop of onion chutney, to serve
- Grind black pepper, to serve
Instructions
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine 200g of soft cheese with 100g grated mozzarella, 100g mature cheddar, finely sliced spring onions, and 3 tablespoons of milk. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and create a creamy, spreadable mixture.
- Fill Jacket Potatoes: Carefully spoon the cheese mixture evenly into each of the four hot jacket potatoes, ensuring they are generously filled.
- Finish and Serve: Top each stuffed jacket potato with a fresh grind of black pepper and a dollop of onion chutney. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your cheesy, flavorful meal.
