- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/2 corn on the cob, kernels removed

- 1/2 red onion, small, chopped
- bunch of parsley, chopped
Dressing:
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- flax seeds or sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Zucchini: Wash, slice, and grill the zucchini with some olive oil.
