- 8 oz Boar’s Head Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, shaved
- 4 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
- Prepare the tortillas: Spread about 2 tablespoons of sun dried tomato spread evenly over each tortilla. This adds a rich and tangy flavor base to the wrap.
- Add turkey and spinach: Place 2 oz of shaved oven roasted turkey breast onto each spread tortilla. Then top with approximately 1 cup of fresh spinach for a crunchy, fresh texture and added nutrients.
- Roll and chill: Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla up to enclose the fillings fully. Once rolled, chill the wraps in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to help them set and make slicing easier.
- Slice and serve: If desired, trim the ends so they are even, then cut each wrap into 8 bite-sized slices. Serve chilled for best flavor and texture.

- Use fresh spinach leaves for best texture and flavor.
- The wraps can be prepared a few hours ahead and kept refrigerated.
- You can substitute turkey with chicken or ham as preferred.
