  5. Shape and Rise: Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise in a floured banneton for another 2 hours.
  6. Preheat and Bake: Preheat your oven to 460°F (238°C) with the dutch oven inside. Score the dough and bake covered for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes at 440°F (227°C).
