  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cook Noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Prepare Chicken: Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken, discard it, and then chop the chicken meat.
  4. Make Sauce: In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
