- 1 (8-oz) cream cheese, room temperature

- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Cook Noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Prepare Chicken: Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken, discard it, and then chop the chicken meat.
- Make Sauce: In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked noodles and chopped chicken to the sauce mixture, and mix well.

- Add Topping: In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping over the casserole.
