Instructions

  1. Prepare Okra: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the okra. Cook for 30 seconds. Drain, rinse with cold water, and slice into pieces.
  2. Sauté Peppercorns: Heat oil with Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant. Remove peppercorns.
  3. Add Chilies: Break chili peppers and add to the skillet. Stir briefly.
