Delicious mini fruit galettes made with a variety of fresh berries and nectarines, wrapped in a flaky pie crust and baked to golden perfection. Perfect for a sweet treat!

Filling:
- 1/2 cup Raspberry jam (room temperature)
- 3 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Strawberries (sliced 1/4–1/8 inch thick)
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 cup Nectarines (sliced 1/4–1/8 inch thick)
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
Other Ingredients:
- 2 pie crusts (Refrigerated)
- 1/4 cup Whole milk
- 1/4 cup Slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup Turbinado Sugar
- Honey or maple syrup (for drizzling)
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Make the filling: Wash, dry, and slice all fruit. Microwave jam, strain, then mix with cornstarch and sugar. Fold in fruits and zest. Chill.
- Assembling the galettes: Roll out pie crust, cut circles, place on baking sheet. Spoon filling onto circles, fold edges, brush with milk, sprinkle almonds and sugar. Chill.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake galettes for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
- Ensure fruit is thoroughly dried after washing to prevent excess moisture in the galettes.
- Chilling the galettes before baking helps them hold their shape while baking.
- Feel free to customize the fruit selection based on personal preference or seasonal availability.
