Description

Delicious mini fruit galettes made with a variety of fresh berries and nectarines, wrapped in a flaky pie crust and baked to golden perfection. Perfect for a sweet treat!

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup Raspberry jam (room temperature)
  • 3 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Strawberries (sliced 1/41/8 inch thick)
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Nectarines (sliced 1/41/8 inch thick)
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest

Other Ingredients:

  • 2 pie crusts (Refrigerated)
  • 1/4 cup Whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup Turbinado Sugar
  • Honey or maple syrup (for drizzling)
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Make the filling: Wash, dry, and slice all fruit. Microwave jam, strain, then mix with cornstarch and sugar. Fold in fruits and zest. Chill.
  2. Assembling the galettes: Roll out pie crust, cut circles, place on baking sheet. Spoon filling onto circles, fold edges, brush with milk, sprinkle almonds and sugar. Chill.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake galettes for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
