- 410g tin mixed beans in chilli sauce
- Handful cherry tomatoes, halved
Wraps and Cheese
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 2 handfuls grated mature cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the Beans: Heat the grill to high. Empty the mixed beans in chilli sauce into a pan, add the halved cherry tomatoes, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through and tomatoes soften.
- Assemble the Wraps: Divide the cooked bean and tomato mixture evenly between the 4 tortilla wraps. Sprinkle a small handful of grated mature cheddar over the beans on each wrap, then roll up the wraps tightly to enclose the filling.
- Grill the Wraps: Place the rolled wraps onto a baking sheet. Scatter the remaining grated cheddar cheese over the tops of the wraps. Place the baking sheet under the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese on top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve: Remove the wraps from the grill and serve immediately with ready-made guacamole on the side for dipping or spreading according to your taste.

- You can substitute mature cheddar with a cheese of your choice, like mozzarella or pepper jack, for different flavors.
