Jason Voorhees Bloody S’mores Recipe

  • Author: Ethan
  • Total Time: 7 minutes
  • Yield: 8 s'mores 1x

Description

Jason Voorhees Bloody S’mores put a spooky twist on the classic campfire treat with toasted marshmallows, melty Hershey’s chocolate, and a drizzle of red icing for a gory effect. Perfect for Halloween parties or a fun dessert that looks frightfully delicious.

Ingredients

Scale

Base Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers, divided in halves
  • 2 Hershey’s chocolate bars, divided into quarters
  • 16 large marshmallows

Decoration

  • 1 tube Betty Crocker red cookie icing

Instructions

  1. Prepare baking sheet: Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  2. Arrange graham crackers and chocolate: Break the graham crackers into halves along the lines. Lay out eight graham cracker halves on the parchment paper. Break the chocolate bars into quarters and place one quarter onto each graham cracker half.
  3. Add marshmallows: Place two large marshmallows on top of the chocolate pieces on each graham cracker half, stacking them for extra gooey goodness.
  4. Broil marshmallows: Turn the oven on to broil high. Place the baking sheet in the oven and broil the s’mores for about two minutes or until the marshmallows turn golden brown and toasted on top. Keep a close watch to prevent burning.
  5. Decorate with red icing: Remove the s’mores from the oven and immediately drizzle the Betty Crocker red cookie icing on top of the toasted marshmallows to create a blood-like effect. Then, add the top half of the graham cracker and gently press down so it sticks and the icing oozes out.
  6. Serve warm: Serve the s’mores warm for the best melty texture and spooky presentation.

Notes

  • Keep a close eye while broiling as marshmallows can burn quickly within seconds.
  • Use red cookie icing generously to achieve the blood effect.
  • Serve immediately for gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate.
  • Can substitute red icing with raspberry or strawberry sauce for a natural blood effect.
  • Perfect for Halloween parties or any spooky-themed occasion.
