- 1/4 cup barista-style oat milk
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Put Pecans in Saucepan: Add the pecans to a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Toast Pecans: Toast the pecan pieces for about a minute, stirring constantly until fragrant.
- Add Syrup: Pour in the maple syrup and simmer on low for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain Pecans: Strain the pecans through a fine mesh strainer, reserving the syrup for later.
- Make Latte: In a large glass of ice, combine espresso, 1/2 cup oat milk, and 2 tablespoons pecan syrup.
- Make Cold Foam: Froth 1/4 cup oat milk, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and vanilla until thick and foamy.
