Description

A refreshing Iced Matcha Latte topped with a unique cranberry cold foam, combining the earthy flavor of matcha with a sweet and tangy cranberry twist. Perfect for a delightful and slightly sweetened iced beverage that balances flavors beautifully.

Ingredients

Scale

Cranberry Cold Foam

  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Mix of Stevia Sweetener and Cane Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar-Free Whipped Cream

Matcha Latte

  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Hot Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Mix of Stevia Sweetener and Cane Sugar
  • 1 cup 1% Low Fat Milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cranberry Syrup: Combine 1/2 cup cranberry juice and 1 tablespoon Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sweetener dissolves. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate until completely cooled, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make Matcha Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon matcha powder and 2 teaspoons hot water until smooth and frothy. Add 1/2 teaspoon Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend and whisk until the sweetener dissolves completely.
  3. Assemble Latte: Fill a tall serving glass with ice and pour in 1 cup of 1% low fat milk. Gently pour the prepared matcha mixture over the milk.
  4. Prepare Cranberry Cold Foam: Gently whisk the cooled cranberry syrup and 2 tablespoons sugar-free whipped cream together until light and foamy.
  5. Serve: Spoon or gently pour the cranberry cold foam over the iced matcha latte and serve immediately for a refreshing and flavorful drink.

Notes

  • Use hot water for dissolving matcha to ensure smooth froth without lumps.
  • Refrigerate the cranberry syrup completely before making the foam to achieve better texture and flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of Truvia® used according to taste.
  • For a vegan version, substitute low fat milk with plant-based milk and use dairy-free whipped cream.
