Gingerbread Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Chai Latte:

  • 1 cup chai concentrate
  • 1/4 cup barista blend oat milk (for mixing)
  • 1/4 cup barista blend oat milk (for frothing)
  • 2 Tablespoons Gingerbread Syrup
  • 1 dash of pumpkin pie spice (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Saucepan: In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients for the gingerbread syrup and whisk well.
  2. Heat Syrup: Heat the syrup over medium-low heat until spices dissolve and it boils.
  3. Set Aside to Cool: Remove from heat and let the syrup cool.
  4. Add Chai to Glass: Fill a large glass with ice, pour in chai concentrate, and top with oat milk.
  5. Froth Cold Foam: In a separate glass, froth oat milk and Gingerbread syrup until fluffy.
  6. Pour on Cold Foam: Gently pour the gingerbread cold foam over the chai, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, and serve.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less gingerbread syrup.
