Gingerbread Syrup:
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Chai Latte:
- 1 cup chai concentrate
- 1/4 cup barista blend oat milk (for mixing)
- 1/4 cup barista blend oat milk (for frothing)
- 2 Tablespoons Gingerbread Syrup
- 1 dash of pumpkin pie spice (for topping)
Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Saucepan: In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients for the gingerbread syrup and whisk well.
- Heat Syrup: Heat the syrup over medium-low heat until spices dissolve and it boils.
- Set Aside to Cool: Remove from heat and let the syrup cool.
- Add Chai to Glass: Fill a large glass with ice, pour in chai concentrate, and top with oat milk.
- Froth Cold Foam: In a separate glass, froth oat milk and Gingerbread syrup until fluffy.
- Pour on Cold Foam: Gently pour the gingerbread cold foam over the chai, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, and serve.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less gingerbread syrup.
- For a stronger ginger flavor, increase the amount of ground ginger in the syrup.
