  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup arugula, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
