Guacamole:
- 1 big avocado
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 4 basil leaves
- 1/3 cup arugula, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash avocado: In a bowl, mash the avocado, garlic, lemon juice, and half of the chopped tomato until well combined.
- Add ingredients: Mix in the cucumber, remaining tomato, basil leaves, and arugula. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Season and serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy the guacamole with cucumber and basil!
