Wrap Assembly:
- 4 large pita breads
- Thinly sliced red onion or pickled red onion
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Yogurt Dill Sauce:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate with red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, paprika, and olive oil. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Either use an air fryer or oven to cook the chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare the Ingredients: Warm the pita bread. Slice cucumber, bell pepper, and grape tomatoes. Make the yogurt dill sauce by mixing all ingredients.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread yogurt dill sauce on pita, add cooked chicken, veggies, and any optional toppings. Wrap and enjoy!
