  • 2 large cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil (optional)

For the Bowls:

  • 1 Batch Asian Cucumber Salad
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 large head broccoli (chopped into florets)
  • 1 large ripe avocado (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cucumber salad: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice: Follow package instructions to cook the rice.
  3. Prepare the bang bang sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
  4. Prepare the broccoli: Steam, sauté, or roast the broccoli.
  5. Prepare the salmon: Combine sauce ingredients, cut salmon into cubes, cook in skillet with sauce.
