- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
Instructions
- Boil the Pasta: Cook the gluten-free pasta in boiling water with salt and olive oil. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice the chicken, avocado, and tomatoes. Chop the basil.
