For the Steak and Veggies:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
For the Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 to 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté the Veggies: Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper. In a skillet, cook them with olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender and browned.
- Cook the Steak: Add the sliced steak, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Cook until the steak is done.
- Prepare the Sliders: Preheat the oven. Slice the rolls, place the steak and veggie mixture on the bottom buns, top with provolone, and cover with the top buns. Optionally, spread mayonnaise on the buns.
- Brush with Butter: Melt butter, mix with parsley, and brush over the buns.
- Bake and Serve: Bake the sliders until golden and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
