Burger Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 400ºF (200°C).
- Cook the patties: in a skillet with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Mix burger sauce: In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients, adjusting seasoning.
