- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns (brioche or classic)
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
- Toppings of choice: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet: Heat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Divide and shape patties: Divide the ground beef into 4 portions and shape into patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a small dimple in the center of each patty.
