  • 1½ cups Tomato ketchup
  • ¼ cup Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup Packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add tomato ketchup, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, light brown sugar, liquid smoke, yellow mustard, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and water to a saucepan.
  2. Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for about 30 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  3. Store: Once thickened, remove from heat and transfer the sauce to an airtight container. Refrigerate and use within 3 months.
