Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Oil: In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil and minced garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well and set aside.
- Prepare Dough: Lightly flour a clean work surface. Place the pizza dough on the floured surface. Gently stretch or roll the dough into a large, thin oval or rectangle (12-14 inches long). Brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil evenly over the stretched dough.
- Add Garlic and Toppings: Evenly spread the garlic oil mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using). Add any optional toppings like mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, or rosemary.
- Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Carefully transfer the flatbread to the air fryer basket (cut into smaller pieces if needed). Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil during the last few minutes.
