  • Honey:

  • 2 tablespoons
  • Apple Cider Vinegar:

  • 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked Paprika:

  • 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Thyme:

  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Pepper Flakes:

  • 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare ingredients: Peel and cube sweet potatoes, chop red onion, mince garlic, and remove sausage from casings.
  3. Toss vegetables: In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes, red onion, and garlic with olive oil, smoked paprika, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on baking sheet: Spread sweet potato mixture on a large baking sheet. Crumble sausage over the top.
