  • 1 red pepper (diced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Habanero chiles (thinly sliced)

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 lime (juiced and zested)
  • 1 cup basil (preferably Thai basil)
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Add the oil to your skillet. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
